Customer satisfaction survey 2024

Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts in our 2024 customer satisfaction survey. We track recurring themes and actively address them through updates in our marina newsletters. The insights gathered from these annual surveys are instrumental in guiding service improvements and elevating our operations.

In response to your suggestions, we’ve implemented several changes to enhance your experience:

Laundry and shower facilities

  • Introduced a cashless payment system for all laundry and shower facilities
  • Replaced outdated laundry machines with modern models
  • Added folding chairs and laundry baskets for greater convenience.

Lighting enhancements

  • Installed new lighting bollards along the southern walkway pontoon to improve visibility and safety.

Safety improvements

  • Installed safety panels on multiple gangways, with plans to expand this initiative across the marina.

We’re also exploring additional improvements and will keep you informed as plans are finalised and funding becomes available.
